4 Glenmark Frozen Beef Patties, thawed
3 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons garlic power
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup beef stock
1 large onion, chopped
4 ounces mushrooms, chopped or small can mushrooms and stems
1. Mix flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. Dredge each patty in flour mixture covering each side.
2. Cook burgers thoroughly in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When burgers are cooked, pour off any fat. Add beef stock and stir.
3. Add onions and mushrooms. Stir to coat meat with stock. Cover and simmer on low about 25 minutes.
4. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice cooked according to directions on package.
